This Malarkey Roofing Products Highlander NEX in Storm Grey turned out great! This was a steep one at a 17/12 pitch! The previous roof had a lot of trouble on the flat areas along the top. It was never done correctly. We tore those areas down to the bones and created a gambrel termination with metal edge trim that came out nice and clean! This ensures we have a roofing system that is built to last! Add all of this with the insurance savings over time due to the Class 3 Impact Resistant rating of these shingles and we have a real winner!
